For the first time, albeit a touch fashionably late, Dr Bill Lumsden, Head of Distilling & Whisky Creation at Ardbeg and Glenmorangie will join our Ardbeg Day Sydney celebration, offering a rare opportunity for Ardbeggians to meet and celebrate with him in person.

Details: Welcome to the Ardbeg “PEAT-ZZERIA” where La Dolce Vita gets a smoky Islay twist.
We kick things off the Ardbeggian way: bold Ardbeg Dolce cocktails in hand, Sicilian inspired canapes (think arancino, crudo e melone, and arrosticini) and the ultimate Ardbeg tasting led by the Whisky Doctor himself, Dr Bill.
Then it’s full PEAT-ZZERIA mode. Roaming peat-za, smoky serves of Wee Beastie and Ardbeg 10 cocktails on tap, and a cheeky granita to finish. Sweet, smoky, and just a little bit mad. Exactly how Ardbeggians like it.
Plus for those who have purchased a bottle of Ardbeg Dolce, bring your bottle for the rare chance to have it signed by Dr Bill Lumsden himself!
