Under this agreement between you and Moet Hennessy, you acknowledge and agree that:
1. You have read, understood, and agree to the terms in this document and the associated promotion Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference.
2. You are 18 years or older
3. The details of your identity which you have provided for the entry are for the purposes of identity, age and residency.
4. The content you have submitted was created by you and features no other identifiable person who has not given explicit permission for the content and usage to be used in this content promotion. The content that you have submitted is original work and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions (where applicable) to ensure Moet Hennessy’s unrestricted use of the content as outlined herein.
5. All content and material submitted for the 25th Anniversary Content Promotion may be published and broadcast by Moët Hennessy in connection with the advertising and promotion of the campaign and may be used for Moët Hennessy paid social media, website, email and PR campaigns.
6. You agree that Moet Hennessy may use your name, voice, city/state of residence, photos, video or film clips, content submission and/or other visual likeness for advertising, trade purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation (financial or otherwise), permission or notification.
7. Content submitted in relation to this promotion may be used by Moet Hennessy in perpetuity, including other campaigns without notice.
8. If any provision of this agreement is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
